Hi! I am Micol, Italian creative based in London, passionate about research, visual analysis and storytelling.
My imagination aims to investigate the mind, human behaviour, and the "internal landscape."
I am fascinated by the relationship between human beings and the outside world, and costume, used as a reflective and expressive means, is a source of continuous stimulation and investigation. I admire it so much when the arts communicate or make people reflect on themselves and what happens to or around them.

My BA in Fashion Design at NABA, my MA in Fashion, Film, and Digital Production at UAL, and my work experiences allowed me to acquire different skills, from creative writing to sewing, from styling to image creation, from pre- to post-production.
I have worked as a costume designer and stylist, mainly for short films and fashion campaigns, while my experience as an assistant includes Ambush, Bluemarine, Vans, Jordanluca, and Piumestudio.
I slowly started building and talking about my world, collecting my thoughts in written form and then processing them into concrete visualisations, using still and moving images to create solid communications and costumes to empower characters' identities.
One of my goals is to use all the expressive means available to me to talk to people, draw them into my world, and ensure that they can find a little bit of themselves there, too.
